Winter Infield Academy Training

Winter Infield Academy training will focus on quality instruction, high repetitions, and a breakdown on infield mechanics. The training protocol for this winter is as follows:

Proper posture to field and throw
Arm slots
Fielding hand actions (funnel, pick, press)
Footwork (2 step and 4 step patterns)
Discuss timing and distance impacting tempo
Double play feeds (arm slots and flips)
Double play feeds (footwork)
Foot placement and tags on steals
Relays and redirections
Correct footwork on slow rollers and balls hit hard

Camps are open to any and all entrants and positions. (Only limited by number, age, and/or grade level.)
